At the Annual Meeting of the Ocean East Homeowners Association held on November
20, 2004, the owners considered a resolution to making Ocean East "a smoke free Resort". The motion passed by a wide margin. Accordingly,
effective January 1, 2005, smoking will not be allowed in the interior of the building or within the units. Smoking will be permitted on the balconies, on the pool deck or in the parking lot. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
