Dear Ocean East Owners and Guests,

 This letter is to notify Ocean East Owners and guests that adjacent and nearby areas previously used by the Resort to provide parking for bike trailers and tow vehicles are no longer available for our use. Under the City’s new regulations, parking is permitted only in areas which have a Special Event Parking Permit.

 Therefore, it is recommended that anyone desiring parking for tow vehicles and trailers make alternative arrangements. As in the past, there will be no parking for trailers or tow vehicles in the Ocean East lot. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

 For your convenience, we have listed below, some properties that may be able to assist you with parking tow vehicles and trailers during Special Events.
